We offer different payment options depending on your delivery country.

Delivery information

What is the shipping fee?

Braun Audio offers free shipping and returns. 

What is the estimated delivery time? 

Delivery time up to 3 working days for Germany and Austria, up to 5 days for other delivery countries. Deviating delivery dates are indicated on our product detail pages.

If products are not ready for dispatch within one working day, the delivery date shall be postponed in accordance with the period for which they are ready for dispatch at the latest.

Where do you deliver? 

Currently, we deliver only to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and United Kingdom. As soon as more countries are added, we will gladly let you know in our newsletter. 

Which shipping service provider do you use?

We ship with Australia Post, DPD, UPS, DB Schenker, Die Post and TNT. 

Can I collect my parcel at a pick-up point?

Unfortunately, we do not currently serve any pick-up stations. 

Do my billing and shipping address have to match? 

You are welcome to use a billing address different from your shipping address. Simply choose your preferred payment method and enter your desired shipping address in the designated field. For security reasons, this service is not available with the purchase-on-account option. 

What is partial shipment? 

In the unlikely case that an item is not readily available within two days, we might deliver in two or more consignments. This allows us to guarantee the fastest possible delivery. 

Is there a way to make sure my order was placed correctly?

You can either check the order confirmation we sent per email or log into your Braun Audio account on our website and view your order under »customer account«. Should you have any questions, you can contact our customer service via store@braun-audio.com or via phone, click the 'Contact' link in the footer for details. 

Can I change my shipping address after I have already received my order confirmation? 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but changing your shipping address after your purchase is completed is not possible. Orders are processed promptly, which makes changes difficult to implement. If the stated address is incorrect or shipment cannot be delivered, it is automatically returned to us. Once we have received and checked the parcel, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. 

What can I do if I receive damaged or faulty goods? 

If you want to return an item because it is damaged or faulty, you can do so free of charge within the return period by indicating your reason of return on our return label. Once we have received and checked the parcel, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. 

Returns

I would like to return something. How do I go about that?

If you want to return an item, you can simply use the enclosed return label and return authorization. 

How do I return faulty items or make an exchange?

Should you receive a product that is faulty in any way, you can return it to us free of charge by indicating your reason of return on our return label. Once we have received and checked the parcel, you refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. A direct exchange of goods, however, is not possible. Please return it to us as you normally would and place a new order. 

What if my parcel was damaged in transit?

Should your parcel be damaged in transit, you can return it to us free of charge with our return label. Please refer to Point 1 on this page for instructions. 

How long is the return period?

Braun Audio gives you 30 days to return an item. For further information, please refer to our terms and conditions (AGB). 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free of charge. 

Where do I return items?

You can return items at every post office. 

Will I receive a return confirmation?

We will keep you updated and send a return confirmation via email. 

How do I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. If you paid with credit card, your money will be refunded to your credit card account. If you paid with PayPal, your money will be refunded to your PayPal account. 

How long do I have to wait for my refund?

Once we have received and checked your return, you can expect your refund within 14 days. 

I seem to have misplaced my return label. Where can I get a new one?

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer service, click the 'Contact' link the footer for details.

Do you offer pick-up & return service?

Unfortunately, we do currently not offer pick-up & return service. Please feel free to contact our customer service via store@braun-audio.com or via phone, click the 'Contact' link in the footer for details. 

Where should I send my return?

For your convenience, the exact return address is already printed on your return label. Put your return authorization into your parcel and affix the label on the outside over our original shipping label to avoid confusion. Returns are free of charge and can be taken to any post office location.
